Outlook XP (2002) / 2003

  • Select Tools > Email Accounts from the toolbar
  • Select “Add a new e-mail account” and click Next
  • Select “POP3” and click Next
  • Fill in your name and email address
  • Set the incoming server to mail.yourdomain.com
  • Set the outgoing server to mail.yourdomain.com
  • Set the username to be your full email address (i.e. name@yourdomain.com)
  • Set the password to be the password provided to you
  • Click “More Settings”
  • Click the “Outgoing Server” tab
  • Check off “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”
  • Click OK
  • Click “Test Account Settings”. If everything passes you are configured properly. If a test fails please contact us for trouble shooting.
  • Click Next
  • Click Finish
